Policy Details

These terms apply to invoices, estimates, artwork approvals, production scheduling, pickup, and dispute handling.

1 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
  • Orders are not scheduled, processed, or produced until payment is received in full.
  • Quotes and estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

2 Order Approval

  • Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, sizes, quantities, and details before payment.
  • Approval confirms that all information is correct.
  • Any changes after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

3 Production Timeline

  • Production begins after payment and final approval.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload, materials, or supplier delays.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4 Custom Work / No Refund Policy

  • All products are custom-made.
  • No refunds or cancellations once production has started.
  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable due to material and labor allocation.

5 Reprints & Errors

  • We will correct any errors caused by Kentucky Screen Print Co.
  • Customer-provided errors, including typos, incorrect sizing, or low-quality artwork, are not eligible for refund or free reprint.

6 Customer-Supplied Items

  • We are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments or materials during production.
  • No guarantees can be made on print results for outside items.

7 Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers will be notified when orders are ready.
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture.

8 Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By completing payment, customer agrees to these terms.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in refusal of future service.
