2 Order Approval
- Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, sizes, quantities, and details before payment.
- Approval confirms that all information is correct.
- Any changes after approval may result in additional charges and delays.
3 Production Timeline
- Production begins after payment and final approval.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload, materials, or supplier delays.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
4 Custom Work / No Refund Policy
- All products are custom-made.
- No refunds or cancellations once production has started.
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable due to material and labor allocation.
5 Reprints & Errors
- We will correct any errors caused by Kentucky Screen Print Co.
- Customer-provided errors, including typos, incorrect sizing, or low-quality artwork, are not eligible for refund or free reprint.
6 Customer-Supplied Items
- We are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments or materials during production.
- No guarantees can be made on print results for outside items.
7 Pickup & Delivery
- Customers will be notified when orders are ready.
- Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture.
8 Chargebacks & Disputes
- By completing payment, customer agrees to these terms.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in refusal of future service.
